This was a 42 week contract to complete works for Moorfields Private Eye Hospital on the 4th Floor. These works were split between four phases.

The project consisted of the complete refurbishment of the 4th Floor to provide new bespoke accommodation and assessment suites for Moorfield’s Private Eye Hospital

• Complete strip-out of existing

• Forming new partitions and wall linings

• New walnut timber doors

• New suspended ceilings and plasterboard coffered ceiling details

• Redecoration throughout

• New vinyl & carpeted flooring

• New sanitaryware with BMS integration providing automatic flushing cycles and temperature control

• Bespoke fitted furniture & soft furnishings

• Complete new electrical 3-Phase electrical installation

• LED lighting & P4 self testing & remote monitoring emergency lighting systems

• Complete upgrade & new installation of Mechanical Comfort Heating & Cooling & Ventilation Systems

• Structural Steel platform install to roof of internal courtyard on 3rd level

• Fire Safety System alterations

• Panic Alarm & Nurse Call, CCTV and Access control systems installations
